1. App Usage

The service provides AI-powered photo editing features such as beard generation, hairstyle changes, outfit try-ons, future self images, baby photo predictions, and other visual effects.

All AI-generated content is intended for entertainment and creative purposes only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or suitable for professional or commercial use.

2. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies or distortions. No guarantees are made regarding quality, accuracy, or realism.

3. User Content Responsibility

You must own or have permission to use uploaded images.

Do not upload unlawful, copyrighted, or harmful content.

You are responsible for how generated content is used or shared.

4. Facial Feature Processing

Facial features may be temporarily analyzed to generate effects.

Images are transmitted securely.

No facial recognition or identity verification is performed.

5. Information We Collect

Personal Information

Photos and facial data are not stored permanently.

Images are processed temporarily and deleted automatically.

Uploaded Photos and Videos: When you use AI-powered features, you may voluntarily upload photos or videos that contain facial images. These files are processed solely to provide the requested AI functionality.

7. User Account & Sign-In

Google Sign-In: email, name, profile picture for profile only.

iOS Sign-In: unique ID only.

Profile Data Includes:

• User ID
• Display name
• Profile picture
• Followers, likes, saved content, credits

8. Credits System

Credits may be earned or purchased and are used to access AI features. Payments are securely processed.

9. Account Deletion & Data Removal

Users can delete their account from settings.

All associated data is permanently removed within 24 hours.

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

10. Advertising

Advertisements may be shown. Ad partners may collect non-personal data like device identifiers.

11. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are available for Weekly, Monthly, Yearly

Auto-renewable subscriptions are available.

In app Purchase for Credits is also available

Payments are charged via your App Store or Google Play account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

12. Data Security & Face Data Usage

Secure encrypted data transmission.

Face data used only for generating results.

Deleted immediately after processing.

No storage or sharing.

13. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary. Temporary processing data is deleted automatically.

Photos and videos uploaded for AI processing are retained only for the period necessary to provide the requested service and are automatically deleted according to our retention policy. Temporary facial analysis data is deleted after processing and is not retained for identification purposes.

14. Third-Party Services

Third-party services may be used for analytics, ads, payments, and hosting. These follow their own privacy policies.

15. Age Limitation

Minimum age: 18.

Ages 13–17 require parental consent.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology are protected and cannot be reused without permission.

17. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or misuse.

18. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees. No liability for damages arising from use.

19. Changes to Policy

Terms may be updated. Continued use implies acceptance.

20. Face Data and Biometric Information

Our applications may process photographs or videos that contain a person's face in order to provide AI-powered photo and video generation features such as face swapping, style transformations, portraits, animations, avatars, hairstyle previews, age transformations, and other image enhancement features.

What Face Data We Collect

When you use these features, we may process:

• Photos or videos that you voluntarily upload.
• Facial landmarks and face positioning information required to detect and align the face.
• Face embeddings or mathematical representations generated temporarily by our AI models solely for image processing.
• Metadata necessary to complete the requested image generation or editing task.

We do not collect or store facial recognition templates for identifying users, nor do we use face data to identify an individual's identity.

How We Use Face Data

Face data is used solely to:

• Detect and align faces within uploaded images.
• Generate AI-created images or videos requested by the user.
• Improve image quality and facial consistency during processing.
• Complete the specific editing or generation request initiated by the user.

Face data is never used for:

• Identity verification
• User authentication
• Building facial recognition databases
• Advertising or marketing
• Selling user information
• Profiling users

Face Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or disclose face data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Where necessary to provide our AI image generation services, uploaded images and temporary face representations may be securely processed by trusted cloud service providers or AI infrastructure providers acting solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

These service providers are not permitted to use uploaded images or face data for their own purposes.

Face Data Storage

Depending on the selected feature:

• Images may be processed temporarily in memory during AI generation.
• If temporary cloud storage is required to complete processing, uploaded images are stored only for the minimum time necessary to generate the requested result.

Face embeddings or facial analysis data are not permanently stored after processing is completed.

Face Data Retention

Uploaded images and temporary processing data are retained only as long as necessary to complete the requested service.

After processing is completed:

• Temporary processing files are automatically deleted within 24 hours or sooner.
• Facial landmarks, embeddings, and intermediate AI processing data are deleted after processing and are not retained.
• Generated images remain available only according to the user's actions (such as saving or deleting them) or applicable storage policies.

User Control

Users control whether face data is provided to the application.

Users may:

• Choose not to upload photos.
• Delete generated content stored within the application where applicable.
• Contact us to request deletion of any retained personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect uploaded images and face data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to protect user information.

Third-Party AI Processing

Some AI features may rely on secure third-party cloud infrastructure or AI model providers to process uploaded images.

These providers process data only for the purpose of providing the requested AI service and are contractually prohibited from using the data for unrelated purposes.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect face data from children under the age permitted by applicable law without appropriate parental consent.
