This document governs your use of Style Me – AI Beard & Outfit Editor, developed and published by Hangover Studios. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

1. App Usage

Style Me provides AI-powered photo editing features including beard generation, hairstyle changes, outfit try-ons, future self images, baby photo predictions, and other visual effects.

All AI-generated content is provided strictly for entertainment and creative purposes only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or suitable for professional or commercial use.

2. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or unexpected results. Hangover Studios does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, realism, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

3. User Content Responsibility

• You confirm that you own or have legal permission to use any images you upload.
• You agree not to upload unlawful, copyrighted, harmful, or offensive content.
• You are solely responsible for how generated content is used or shared.

4. Facial Feature Processing

To provide AI effects, facial features (such as eyes, nose, and mouth landmarks) may be temporarily analyzed using automated systems.

• Images are transmitted using encrypted connections.
• Facial analysis is performed only to generate requested effects.
• No identity verification or facial recognition is performed.

5. Information We Collect

Non-Personal Information

We may collect anonymous, non-identifiable data such as device type, app usage patterns, performance metrics, and crash reports to improve app stability and user experience.

Personal Information

We do not permanently store personal photos, facial data, or biometric identifiers. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and deleted automatically.

6. User Data & Privacy Protection

We are committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring responsible data handling.

User Uploaded Images

• User-uploaded photos are used only to generate selected AI effects.
• Images are transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption.
• Images are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently.
• All uploaded images and processing data are automatically deleted immediately or within a short period after processing.

Data Processing & Storage

• No biometric profiles, face templates, or identity records are created.
• User images are not used for AI training or model improvement.
• Processed data is not retained beyond effect generation.

Data Sharing

• User images and AI-generated data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
• Images are not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
• Third-party services do not have access to uploaded images.

User Control

• You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.
• You may stop using the app at any time without your data being retained.

User Account & Sign-In Methods

Google Sign-In: We receive the user's email, display name, and profile picture for profile creation only.

iOS Sign-In: Firebase provides a unique UUID for user records. No personal data is collected.

Profile Creation and Management

Profiles store user ID, display name, profile picture, followers, likes, saved posts, and credit balance securely.

Credits System

Credits are used to access AI features. They can be earned or purchased via Apple IAP. Transactions are securely recorded.

Data Storage & Retention

User data, including profiles, posts, followers, likes, and credits, are stored securely in Firebase. Deleting an account removes all data within 24 hours.

Account Deletion and Data Removal

1. Open the app and click the sidebar icon on the top left to open the app settings.
2. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
3. In the settings menu, you will see the Account Deletion button.
4. Click on Delete Account.
5. A confirmation popup will appear.
6. Click Delete in the popup to confirm.
7. Your account will be permanently deleted.

When a user chooses to delete their account, all associated information — including user profile, posts, followers, likes, saved content, and credit balance — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

The user’s presence in the social feed is also removed, and their shared posts become inaccessible to others. Deleted content cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.

This ensures complete privacy protection and removal of all user-related data from our platform.

7. Advertising

The app may display advertisements. Ad partners may collect non-personal information such as device identifiers to serve relevant ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Style Me offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled by the respective app store.
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

9. Data Security & Face Data Usage

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect user data during transmission and processing.

Face Data Usage

Our app temporarily processes face data to generate AI-based images such as baby photos or future self predictions. Face data is never stored permanently.

How Collected Face Data Is Used

• User-selected images are transmitted to our servers using encrypted connections.
• The server analyzes facial features solely to generate the requested AI result.
• The generated image is securely sent back to the app and displayed to the user.
• Once processing is completed, original images and face data are deleted.

Facial Feature Analysis

• Images are sent via encrypted communication channels.
• Facial features are analyzed only for AI prediction and effect generation.
• No facial recognition, identification, or biometric profiling is performed.
• The generated result may be stored temporarily in encrypted memory and is deleted shortly thereafter.

Sharing & Retention of Face Data

• No face data is shared with third parties.
• All processing occurs on secure servers.
• Face data is retained only during processing and deleted immediately after.

10. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Temporary AI processing data is automatically deleted.

11. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising delivery, hosting, and payment processing. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

12. Age Limitation

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent and supervision.

13. Intellectual Property

All app content, designs, branding, AI systems, and software are the intellectual property of Hangover Studios and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.

15. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hangover Studios shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update these Terms of Use & Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
