We strictly prohibit generating, promoting, or sharing any sexually suggestive or adult content. All generated outputs are monitored using automated safety checks and are subject to moderation review.

The Social Feed in Photo Magic allows users to showcase their AI-generated creations, discover community content, and engage with other users in a fun and positive environment. When a user uploads or shares a post to the feed, it becomes visible to other app users within the platform.
Posts can include AI-generated photos, before-and-after transformations, creative edits, or effects created through the app. Each post displays the creator’s username, profile picture, likes.
To ensure user safety and maintain a respectful environment, every post uploaded to the Photo Magic social feed undergoes a two-step verification process before becoming publicly visible:
Users are notified if their post is rejected and may edit and resubmit it for approval. This verification process helps maintain a safe and trustworthy space for all users.
All user interactions (likes, follows) are securely stored within the app’s database and are visible only within the app environment.
Users retain ownership of all AI-generated or uploaded content they share on the feed. However, by posting on the feed, users grant Photo Magic a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the app. This permission ends when the content or user account is deleted.
When a user deletes their account, all related data is permanently removed from our servers, including:
Once deleted, these items are no longer accessible or visible to any other users. This ensures complete user privacy and control over shared content.
Note: Users may also delete individual posts at any time. When a post is deleted, it is permanently removed from the feed and our database within 24 hours.
Every user profile in Photo Magic includes a “Report User” option, allowing users to flag inappropriate content or abusive behavior directly from the app. Reports are transmitted to our moderation backend where they are logged, triaged, and verified.
Users who receive multiple valid reports exceeding a predefined threshold are automatically flagged for policy violation. These accounts are reviewed by the moderation team, and confirmed violators are permanently suspended and deleted from the platform to prevent further misuse.
These measures ensure that repeated offenders are promptly removed and help maintain a safe, respectful community environment.
Google Sign-In: We receive the user's email, display name, and profile picture for profile creation only.
iOS Sign-In: Firebase provides a unique UUID for user records. No personal data is collected.
Profiles store user ID, display name, profile picture, followers, likes, saved posts, and credit balance securely.
Credits are used to access AI features. They can be earned or purchased via Apple IAP. Transactions are securely recorded.
User data, including profiles, posts, followers, likes, and credits, are stored securely in Firebase. Deleting an account removes all data within 24 hours.
When a user chooses to delete their account, all associated information — including user profile, posts, followers, likes, saved content, and credit balance — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
The user’s presence in the social feed is also removed, and their shared posts become inaccessible to others. Deleted content cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.
This ensures complete privacy protection and removal of all user-related data from our platform.
All processing occurs securely. No data is shared or sold. Temporary data is deleted after processing.
Facial data is temporarily processed for alignment and deleted after video generation. Users must ensure uploaded content complies with copyright laws.
